The goal of the study is to review the evidence of effects of pregnancy on women with spinal cord injury and viceversa the effects of spinal cord injury on pregnancy complications and outcome, and to disseminate the findings using web-based and publications methods

Spinal Cord Research Foundation: “Obstetrical Outcomes of Women with Spinal Cord Injuries”
The goal of this study was to survey a State-wide cohort of women with spinal cord injury who became pregnant after injury. The large number of women included allowed to compare rates of complications with those expected.

“Fetal anemia in the presence of intrauterine growth restriction”
The goal of the research was to explore whether fetal anemia, as measured non-invasively using Doppler velocimetry of the fetal cerebral circulation, is a predictor of outcome in growth restricted fetuses.
