Jessica Lundeen, PharmD, BCPPS
After earning her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia, Dr. Lundeen gained experience working in community pharmacy before pursuing acute care pharmacy residency training. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, followed by a PGY2 Pediatrics residency at Children’s National Hospital. From 2018 to 2024, she served as the General Pediatrics Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at CNH where she spearheaded key clinical initiatives, including integration of consistent clinical pharmacist coverage for all patients on 7E and implementation of a High-Dose Extended Interval Aminoglycoside Dosing Guideline. She has also served as the Residency Program Director for the PGY1 and PGY2 pediatrics pharmacy residency programs since 2022 and 2023, respectively. In 2024 she was promoted to Clinical Pharmacy Manager, where she continues to foster teamwork and mentorship among the clinical pharmacy team. Her clinical practice interests include infections in cystic fibrosis, CFTR modulators, and medications in adolescent opioid use disorder. When she’s not here at CNH, you can find Jessica out on a walk exploring Capitol Hill with her pup Stella and husband Chris, trying a new restaurant, or with her nose in a book.
