Eman Ansari, MD, MPH

Eman Ansari is a pediatric pulmonary and critical care physician, a practicing pediatric emergency physician at Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH), and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. She earned her medical degree at King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and her master's degree in public health at the Harvard School of Public Health. She is the president-elect for BCH Medical Staff Organizations, the vice co-chair of the Joint Committee on the Status of Women at Harvard, the co-chair of Arab Cultural Alliance at BCH. In addition to a full-time academic position, she has a full house of four children ranging from 10 to 23 years of age. She enjoys ballroom dancing, biking, swimming, skiing and any sport that she gets to do with her children, and she's an avid reader who founded and directs the BCH Book Club.
