Dr. Oscar M. Rodriguez Pineda who likes to be addressed as Dr. Rodriguez, is a Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Specialist at Children's National Hospital in Washington DC. He is part of the core faculty for both the Pulmonary and Sleep Fellowships and is committed to medical education.  Dr. Rodriguez has presented at regional and international meetings and has a special interest in sleep related breathing disorders, neuromuscular breathing disorders, and invasive / non-invasive ventilatory care. 

He completed a Pediatric Medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA, followed by Pulmonary Medicine fellowship at St. Louis Children's Hospital and Sleep Medicine at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He is a native from Guatemala and Spanish-speaking.
