Priya Vaidyanathan is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the George Washington University and Director of Endocrine Services at the Childrens National Hospital, Washington DC.  Her primary clinical interest are in thyroid disorders and endocrine complications of children with brain tumors.   She is involved in Quality improvement projects, patient safety and clinical operations of the division.   She is also the Director of the Thyroid nodule and Cancer program committed to delivering multidisciplinary care to children in the DMV area.  She has presented in several regional and national meetings and published several papers on thyroid disorders and is interested in the role of molecular genetics in guiding management of pediatric thyroid cancers.
