Mark Mullarkey is owner and managing partner of Mullarkey Consulting, LLC.   Prior to forming Mullarkey Consulting in March 2023, Mark was an Executive Vice President at Texas Children's Hospital, former President of Texas Children's Physician Group, and former President of Texas Children's Health Plan.  He was at Texas Children's for 19 years.  Mark has experience in leading a significant variety of hospital operational areas including: surgery, anesthesia, radiology, pathology, quality safety and service, medical staff services, facilities engineering, supply chain, facilities planning and development, and physical and occupational therapy.  Prior to Mark's time at Texas Children's he held various director level positions at an adult hospital in Houston, Texas and adult hospitals in Buffalo, New York.  Mark has a Masters in Business Administration from the Jacob School of Management at the University at Buffalo and a Management Certificate from Rice University in Houston.
