Jia Liu is an assistant professor of pediatrics and anesthesiology at Children’s National Hospital and The George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences.  She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia and medical school at the Yale School of Medicine.  She then completed a combined pediatrics and anesthesiology residency at the Boston Combined Residency in Pediatrics and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.  She remained in Boston for fellowships in pediatric anesthesiology and pediatric critical care at Boston Children’s Hospital.  She is currently joint faculty in the departments of anesthesiology and critical care at Children’s National Hospital.
