Allison Fernandez MD MBA practices pediatric anesthesiology and acute and chronic pain management. She is the creator of Women of Impact in Anesthesiology an interview series of women leader in the field of anesthesiology. In the series we discuss many topics including leadership development. work life balance, burn out and diversity equity and inclusion.

 Women of Impact in Anesthesiology | American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) (asahq.org) Dr. Fernandez's research focus on quality improvement and craniofacial surgery and pain management.  She has participated in the Pediatric Craniofacial Collaborative Group (PCCG) and Society of Pediatric Anesthesia Interest Group and has served as President for both special interest groups. In her free time she enjoys boating with her family.
