I am a pediatric anesthesiologist and Senior Associate in Perioperative Anesthesia in the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital and and Associate Professor of Anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.  I am the Vice Chair of Global Health and Sustainability in my department as well as co-director of our pediatric neuroanesthesia service.  My academic activities involve research and advocacy in neuroanesthesia, global health, surgical systems and the intersection of climate change and surgical systems.
