Lead Senior Talent Aquisition Consultant/ Nurse Recruiter

Jill Titone Board has been a nurse at Children’s National Hospital for over 30 years.  She started as a two-year-old child prodigy.  She obtained her BSN from Georgetown University and her Master of Science in Pediatric Nursing from the University of Maryland.  Jill is a certified nurse executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  Jill has worked as a staff nurse and nurse manager in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  Since 2005 Jill has been part of the nurse recruitment team at Children’s.  Jill is passionate about pediatric nursing, family-centered care, and the mission of Children’s National.  She began her mindfulness journey several years ago to help her daughter, who has ADHD, but has found a new passion for herself.  When not at work, Jill can be found in the car driving her girls back and forth to their dance studio, in the kitchen cooking for her family or just sitting outside in her favorite Adirondack chair watching the clouds float by.
