I have enjoyed the last 30 +years diagnosing and treating patients with benign and malignant dermatological diseases. Over these years, I have enjoyed teaching both upcoming medical professionals and patients the importance of skin protection and consequences of sun exposure. I have been fortunate to serve as chief of dermatology at inova hospital, which has allowed me to gain experience in managing a section and associated staff, creating new opportunities for the dermatology team, directing yearly dermatology meetings, and teaching biopsy and assessment techniques to medical staff. I look forward to continuing to educate current and future students and residents about all the advances in Dermatology that continue to improve the dermatology care and Lives of our patients.
