Dr. DeCastro grew up near Syracuse, NY. After earning his medical degree from Upstate Medical University in 2002, he completed his urologic training at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Dr. DeCastro practiced as an Army urologist at Winn Army Community Hospital in Fort Stewart, GA, until he was honorably discharged in 2013 after 11 years of service. Since then, he has been practicing in Northern Virginia.
