Dr. Grace E. Henry, EdD is the Asst. Dean for Diversity and Inclusion in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) at George Washington University. In this role, Dr. Henry works to develop and implement strategies, activities, and programs to increase and enhance faculty, student, staff and medical resident diversity. Dr. Henry also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine, and Professorial Lecturer in the GW Graduate School of Education and Human Development. She obtained a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Howard University. Dr. Henry completed a doctorate of education in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University.
